Christmas

It's Christmas Eve. Millie and Mickey decorate the Christmas tree. The cat is so happy because she's got a big present. The Christmas morning is magical and beautiful. The presents are here. Millie has got a guitar, Mickey has got a book of animals, but Mut hasn't got a present. But he looks in his basket; „Woof, woof!“ (Look, here is my present!) „Wow, Mut, it's a new bone and a long blanket!“

It's lunch time. Mum is in the kitchen. A little bird is flying on their window. „Kids, come, look at a beautiful little bird!“, says mum. „Oh, it's so cute! Can we keep it?“, Millie asked. „No, honey, it's so hard to keep the bird in the house. Sorry, kids.“ „OK, mum“, kids say. Mum makes eggs and ham.

After lunch they are together. The evening is calm. Millie is reading „Diary of a Wimpy kid“, Mickey is on the computer, mum is making pancakes and dad is on the sofa reading newspapers. They hear barking. „Let's go out!“ „It's Alex, our neighbour's dog.“ „It's a cat battle! Oh, look at this little kitten! It must be injured. Mum! This little kitten needs our help. It's injured!“ „ OK, we will help this kitten.“ They bath, feed and take care of the kitten.

The poster on the street is set up by the owner of the kitten (I guess). They call the owner, he came to take his kitten. „Thank you“, the man says. „This is the best Christmas ever!“ „We will remember this day, when we helped a little helpless kitten. Today was a crazy and nice day. Now go to bed.“ „Good night, mum.“ „Good night, my angles.“ „Woof!“ „Good night, Mut.“ Today was an adventure day.
